These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you (“You”, “User” or “Your”) and Seoul Bloom (“Seoul Bloom”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

5. ORDERS

If payment has already been collected for an order subsequently cancelled by Seoul Bloom, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund practices and applicable law.

6.2

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, discounts or other charges, where relevant, will be shown during the ordering or checkout process.

6.3

Payments may be processed through authorised Third-Party payment service providers.

You may therefore also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.

6.4

Seoul Bloom does not request that customers share confidential payment credentials such as:

  • UPI PINs;

  • Internet banking passwords;

  • Debit or credit card PINs;

  • OTPs; or

  • Similar authentication credentials.

You should never share such credentials with any person claiming to represent Seoul Bloom.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1

Seoul Bloom shall not be responsible for interruption or inability to access the Website resulting from circumstances including:

  • Hosting failures;

  • Cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control;

  • Maintenance;

  • Electrical failures;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Floods;

  • Civil disturbances;

  • Government restrictions;

  • Court or regulatory orders;

  • Labour disruptions; or

  • Other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

  • Fraudulent activity conducted by you; or

This provision does not limit any rights available to consumers under mandatory applicable law.

This provision shall apply subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These Terms and any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to:

  • Transactions made through the Website; or

  • Your relationship with Seoul Bloom

shall be governed by the laws of India.

22.2

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and any mandatory jurisdiction available to consumers, the appropriate courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Website.

23. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing contained in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict or exclude any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law, including mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived by contract.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection requirement, the applicable statutory requirement shall prevail to that extent.
